Terms of Sale

FYNE Motion is a business registered in Ghana as a sole proprietorship under the Registration of Business Names Act, 1962 (Act 151).

Placing an order is an offer to buy. The sale is complete once we've taken payment and emailed your confirmation. If we can't fulfil an order — a piece sells out between your click and our packing, say — we'll refund you in full and tell you why.

Prices are shown in Ghana cedis. Other currencies on the site are a guide only, converted at an indicative rate; every order is charged in cedis, and your bank sets the final rate you pay.

Payment is handled by Paystack — cards, mobile money and bank transfer. Delivery is charged on top of the item price and shown before you pay, never added afterwards.

We try hard to keep prices and stock accurate. If an obvious error slips through, we'll contact you before charging you and you can cancel free of charge.

Delivery timings are estimates, not guarantees. We hand parcels to a courier and share their timeframes honestly, but we don't control traffic, weather or customs.

Please give an address someone can actually find — a landmark helps enormously in Accra. If a parcel is returned to us because the address was wrong or nobody could be reached, we'll happily resend it once you cover the second delivery fee.

Codes are for personal use, can't be combined unless we say so, have no cash value, and may expire or reach a usage limit. We may withdraw a code if it's being abused — for example shared publicly when it was meant for one person.

The photography, wording, logo and designs on this site belong to FYNE Motion. Please don't reuse them commercially without asking. Sharing our pictures because you love the fit is always welcome — a tag is appreciated.

Applying doesn't guarantee a place. If you join, we'll agree the details — gifted pieces, your code, what we ask in return — separately, and either side can end the arrangement at any time.
